Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Advanced degrees can supplement experience.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Certifications
Relevant quality certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable.
