Are you a passionate culinary artist with a love for fresh, locally-sourced ingredients? We're seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen, bringing the farm-to-table experience to life in our vibrant, family-run restaurant.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or head chef in a similar environment
  • Strong understanding and passion for farm-to-table cuisine and sustainable cooking practices
  • Experience with butchery "head to tail"
  • Experience in sourcing and building vendor relationships
  • Ability to design and curate seasonal menus that emphasize local and sustainable ingredients
  • Must be hands-on, actively involved in kitchen operations, including fabrication skills
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years; loyalty is essential
  • Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills :

  • Experience in stand-alone restaurants with a similar concept; candidates from hotels, corporate restaurants, universities, senior living, or food contract services will not be considered
  • Ideal candidates are either early-career Executive Chefs or Sous Chefs ready for the next step
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative flair and attention to detail in food presentation and garnishing
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
