Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating dental issues specific to pediatric patients, educating parents and children on proper oral hygiene, and creating a positive dental experience that fosters a lifetime of good dental habits. Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses for children.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique dental needs of pediatric patients.
- Administer preventive care and treatments such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Treat dental conditions such as cavities, misaligned teeth, and gum diseases.
- Educate parents and children on effective oral hygiene practices.
- Manage the emotional and behavioral challenges often associated with pediatric dental visits.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Qualifications :
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry.Current dental license in the state of practice.Experience working with children in a dental setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate approach with a focus on patient comfort.Requirements
