Position : Principal Salesforce Systems Analyst

Location : Lowell, MA

Hybrid Onsite : 3 days a week

Duration : 6 Month Contract to Hire - (must be able to convert FTE)

2nd Round Interview will be Onsite- face to face

Qualifications :

  • 9+ years' experience working within Salesforce
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  • Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (required).
  • Salesforce Architect certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI , Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant (preferred).
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise and certifications are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Salesforce Solution Design and Implementation : Develop scalable Salesforce configuration workflows.
  • Build automations using Flows and other tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on Salesforce releases, identifying opportunities to leverage new features for organizational benefit.
  • Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
  • Project Leadership : Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
