Qualifications for an Event Producer

• 5-7 years of experience in event production or related field
• Technical knowledge in event production, project management and logistics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must possess strong verbal, written, organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
• Experience working with senior level executives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM programs
• Flexibility to work early morning and evening events
• Must have private transportation
• Certified Meeting Planner certification preferred

Work Schedule

This position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM. As you attend events, you\'ll travel throughout Southeastern Michigan. There are also opportunities to work from home.
