Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Odessa, Texas.

Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week

Job Description :

The CT Technologist will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient populations under the supervision of a Radiologist and in accordance with departmental protocols. The technologist will perform a variety of CT and radiologic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal image quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform diagnostic CT procedures, including head / brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen / pelvis, extremities, and biopsy / drainage scans.
  • Conduct radiographic exams, fluoroscopy, portable radiographs, C-arm, and OR imaging services.
  • Operate CT and radiographic systems, ensuring accurate image acquisition and processing.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
  • Maintain sterile technique and assist with surgical / sterile imaging procedures.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiologic safety standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of results.

    • Requirements :

  • Graduate of an accredited AMA school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) .
  • State license as a General Radiographer.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Must wear Royal Blue scrubs .
  • Some on-call duty required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent CT experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and contrast protocols.
