Siding Construction Estimator needed in the Great State of Ohio

Location : Pataskala, Ohio.

Pay Range :  $70,000-80,000 Annually. (Based on experience).

40hrs / wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed)

Skill Set :

• Requires strong knowledge of exterior trim and siding proper usage and installation techniques.  Especially fiber cement, vinyl, and PVC.
• Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the construction industry.
• 5 years of experience as a construction estimator, multi-family project superintendent or foreman, or framing contractor required.
• Working knowledge (or at least familiarity) with takeoff software (Planswift or Similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and perform assigned tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision.
