Training Introduction
At Jimmy John's, we use a blended training approach to build the knowledge and skills for you to be successful in your role. We use managers and instore trainers, called Brand Ambassadors, to provide you hip-to-hip training on how to perform each task at a JJ's and we also use FAST TRACK, which is our Learning Management System (LMS) that provides you e-learning courses, job aids and other operational tools to reference, on your pathway to becoming a JJ ROCKSTAR. Blending hands by learning with computer-based instruction gets you ready to rock your first 30 days at JJ's.
