Job Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Foreman responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure at a data center facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry and electrical work

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities while ensuring safety compliance, managing continuance improvement orders, and maintaining facility records.
• Perform regular and routine inspections and preventive maintenance of the facility including electrical and other infrastructure.
• Coordinate and assist in repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to carpentry, electrical, and other physical assets of the facility.
• Ensure that all electrical systems and equipment are functioning safely and in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in managing the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements when necessary.
• Work alongside other subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure all work is completed to specification and on schedule.
• Monitor and support the building’s safety protocols, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements for the property.
• Respond to emergency repair requests, ensuring minimal downtime or disruption to the facility.
• Assist with facilities-related documentation, such as maintenance logs and work orders.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders ensuring the facility operates efficiently and effectively with minimal disruption.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and coordinate with other contractors, ensuring the facility is safe, functional, and well-maintained and that work is completed on time and within budget.
