Contact prospective residents by phone using the lead database to schedule appointmentsSet both initial and follow-up appointments, helping to maintain an active calendar of qualified prospectsDeliver engaging, persuasive presentations that highlight the benefits of community lifeRespond promptly to all inquiries, providing information, tours, and follow-up in a timely and effective mannerCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goalsFollow established procedures for inquiry response, lead tracking, residence assignment, and admissionsAssist the Director of Sales in securing move-ins and completing the sales processSupport group marketing presentations and community events as neededStay informed about local competitors and market trendsWhat You Bring :
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitalityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA compassionate and customer-focused mindsetSelf-motivation, strong organization, and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plusFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for tours and eventsEducation :
