We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Claims Administrator to join the Corporate ADESA Assurance team. Reporting to the Centralized Operations Team Lead, your primary focus will be supporting and facilitating the claims process through intense follow-up and review processes.
Role and Team
The Claims Administrator will be responsible for daily review, processing, and intense follow-up on product claims. This includes gathering all relevant information necessary to facilitate the claim, conducting proper follow-up on all outstanding tasks, and possessing intimate knowledge of product terms and conditions.
