Job Description

Responsibilities :

Automotive Technician :

Salary Range : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Based on experience $28 - $40 Flat Rate. - Based on experience

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every customer vehicle
• Assist in inventory management and general store duties
• Perform services in accordance with Monro's safety standards and procedures
• Test drive vehicles following company policy and local traffic laws
• Maintain technical knowledge through required Monro University training
• Operate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

General Service - front and back shop

Salary Range : $ 18.00 - $ 19.00 per hour. This role is eligible for additional incentives.
