Position Overview : Communiboost We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with various departments, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to our marketing efforts.

Salary Range : $21.00 - $31.00 hourly Location : Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences and assess competitive landscape.

Create and manage engaging content for various channels including social media, blogs, emails, and website.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to guide marketing decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

Plan and coordinate marketing events, promotions, and product launches to drive engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO and PPC.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance metrics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
