Audit Senior :

Comp : $120-140k base Depends on experience
Location : Firm is HQ in Maumee

Preference is in office with the flexibility for work from home

Perks : PTO, Profit Sharing discretionary typically ~15-20% annual salary, Full Benefits, Annual Bonus discretionary

Hours : Based on 2000 Productive Hours (annual 40 hr avg, 55-60 January to end of March

Growth : Partnership Path available (near term OR immediate if there is a book of business that comes)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion

401k, EBP, Construction, For Profits and NPO

Engage with clients, lead the external audit engagement, report to Partner

Qualifications

BS Accounting required + MS preferred

CPA required

5+ years of external audit Experience in 401k, EBP, Construction, For Profits and NPO (preferred)

2+ years in a leading engagements cradle to grave

Benefits

$120-140k base depending on experience

PTO

Amazing Profit Sharing :

Discretionary but typically 15-20% of salary + 4% match

~40 hr a week annual average
