Job Title : Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician)

Location : Multiple openings across Laredo,TX and Santa Fe, NM & Roswell, NM

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $200,000 – $400,000 annually (based on experience and location)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified Otolaryngologist to join our growing network of healthcare providers in Texas and New Mexico . The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and associated structures of the head and neck. This role offers a mix of outpatient and surgical responsibilities, with opportunities for partnership and relocation support depending on the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with ENT-related conditions.
• Perform diagnostic tests including audiograms and imaging studies.
• Carry out surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and myringotomies.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including audiologists and speech therapists.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in otolaryngology through continuing education.
