Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any security-related issues or hazards as observed.
  • Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
  • Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
  • Support emergency response efforts as needed, following established protocols and directions from site leadership.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
