Math Tutor

Overview

Mathnasium of El Segundo is hiring Math Instructors / Tutors. As a math instructor, you will work with children from Kinder - 12th grade in a fun group setting at our center. We offer part-time jobs with flexible scheduling and opportunities to earn bonuses based on performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Teach math concepts to students in Kinder through 12th grade in a group setting
• Provide engaging, clear explanations and monitor student progress
• Interact professionally with students and parents
• Maintain a positive and energetic classroom environment

Hours and Compensation

Hours generally are afternoon and evenings Monday - Friday from 3-7pm. This is a part-time position with advancement opportunities. Pay is competitive and based on education and experience. Tutoring occurs in our safe commercial center; no in-home tutoring.
