Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Strategically approach client interactions to highlight NOW CFO's value proposition. Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client relationships and foster long-term business. Achieve daily activity and KPI goals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Proven success in inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or account management. Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales processes and customer interactions. Strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
