WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Radiology Technician for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital System in Jamaica Plain, MA.

Job Function :

  • Night Shift.
  • Follow instructions from Physicians regarding which area of the patient’s body needs imaging.
  • Talk the patient through the procedure and answer questions to lower potential concerns / stress.
  • Follow correct techniques and procedures such as patient shielding; Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure to patient and themselves.
  • Maintain patient records, radiology supplies inventory, anticipating future needs and placing orders when required.

    • Job Requirements :

  • 1 year of Radiology Tech experience within this field.
  • Current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, as well as new developments and innovations in hardware and software technology.
  • All required certifications are obtained for the state in which you’re employed in.
