• Active Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Nevada\n
• Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications\n
• Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year\n
• Up-to-date immunization / vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella\n
