Job Description
Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program for a key client in the Dallas, TX area. This role is responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of construction from early planning through project close-out, with a strong emphasis on post-contract cost control, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cost management, contract administration, and construction phase oversight across complex infrastructure environments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost management for large-scale construction projects, ideally in data centers or similar mission critical sectors. Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and risk management. Familiarity with data center design and construction, including general knowledge of MEP systems. Proficiency in cost management software and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with leadership capabilities. Professional certifications such as MRICS or PQS are advantageous.
