The Tankless Guys Plumbing Corp is seeking a high-performing Residential Service Technician to conduct in-home consultations and close premium plumbing solutions in the South Bay / San Jose & surrounding areas. This role is ideal for seasoned residential plumbing professionals with a passion for service and sales. You\'ll be the trusted expert who evaluates, educates, and delivers high-value solutions to homeowners—from tankless water heater installs to full-scale repipes.

- Perform in-home plumbing consultations and identify customer needs
- Present tailored, high-value plumbing solutions with confidence
- Close residential plumbing projects including repipes, tankless installs, and trenchless underground replacements
- Serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal install teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Educate homeowners on the advantages of Navien systems and energy-efficient upgrades
