Physical Therapist Assistant

Provides quality resident care to enable the resident to achieve and maintain the maximum level of functional ability while maintaing positive level of interaction with facility and resident.

Must be a graduate of a APTA accedited PTA school. Assists the physical therapist in providing treatments to residents as determined by plan of care.

Adhers to PPS guidelines, ensures all PT documentation / treatment conforms to documentation / billing policies and procedures.
