What We Are Looking For :
Establish and reach monthly finance and insurance manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarksAdhere to all compliance procedures with an outstanding compliance track recordExcellent communication and organizational skillsMaintain the highest ethical standards, serving as a finance manager who is committed to a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)Maintain positive relationships with our suite of banks and lendersSupport the auto sales manager during each vehicle purchase and leverage opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programsAbide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutionsThe ability to finalize every transaction by making sure the deal is approved, funded, and all applicable paperwork is accurate and completeQualifications :
Requires a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree in finance, or a related discipline, strongly preferredBilingual in Spanish (preferred)At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales management is requiredValid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record are requiredMust have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customersBasic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency neededWhy Automotive :
