Lead HVAC Installer

What You'll Do :
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll take ownership of residential HVAC installations and support your team in delivering work that meets the highest standards. Key responsibilities include :
- Lead and perform installations of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures
- Wire low- and high-voltage components to heating and cooling equipment
- Install copper refrigerant lines with brazing and soldering techniques
- Install sheet metal and flex ductwork in residential homes
- Safely connect gas lines to heating systems
- Assess installation requirements and pre-measure job sites for material accuracy
- Receive, verify, and load materials and equipment for each project
- Support teammates to ensure projects are completed on time and with excellence
- Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and documentation
- Interpret and record equipment readings with full understanding of their implications
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
What You Bring :
5+ years of HVAC installation experienceProven leadership skills and experience mentoring installation techsHigh school diploma or GED required; EPA certification preferredClear, professional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service, time management, and troubleshooting abilitiesIntegrity, dependability, and a strong work ethicMechanical aptitude and deep familiarity with HVAC systems and componentsSelf-starter who works well independently and within a teamProfessional appearance and demeanorValid Washington state driver's licensePhysical ability to climb, kneel, crouch, and lift as needed on the jobWhat We Offer :
