Overall Summary :
The Supervisor of Operations leads a team within the Warehouse department to fulfill job orders efficiently and profitably. This role is responsible for achieving production objectives and developing a comprehensive understanding of team dynamics to optimize performance and output.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
The person in this role w ill manage a team of approximately 15 to 35 employees. Recruits and retains high-performing team members to ensure exceptional customer support. Coaches and develops staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements :
Ability to work consecutively 12-hour shifts, rotating 2 or 3 days per week including weekend rotations .
Availability for after-hours support when needed.
Must maintain active presence on production floor.
Standard climate-controlled production environment; exposure to loud noise (PPE provided) .
Ability to lift, carry and push / pull up to 35 pounds .
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, pivot, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for up to 12 hours .
Upper extremity motion requirements : fine motor movements, pushing / pulling with arms, grasping and pinching .
Lower extremity motion requirements : reaching .
Pre-employment post-offer physical assessment, drug screen and background required .
Salary
The starting salary range for this position is $60,000-80,000 / yr.
