Position Overview :

The Emergency Department RN is responsible for providing safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The RN utilizes the Nursing Process in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Responsibilities include critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in anticipating patient care needs, delegating priorities to staff, and supervising assigned personnel. The RN maintains clinical competencies through continuing education and supports safe and efficient care delivery in the Emergency Department.

Requirements :

Active AR RN license or multistate license

Minimum 3–5 years recent Emergency Department RN experience

ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications

Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
