Job Description
This job is responsible for consulting on corporate business continuity topics with clients. Key responsibilities include recommending and implementing solutions that protect the bank's assets and participating or leading business continuity initiatives and ongoing process activities (i.e., scenario analysis, plan development, testing, event management, and progress reporting / measurement). Job expectations include providing subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters as needed.

This job is responsible for supporting the Enterprise Services Framework and Taxonomy program, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and program management activities supporting the development of program strategy, planning and execution of stakeholder / employee readiness activities which include training and communications. Responsibilities
- Conducts current-state risk-based assessments to develop business continuity management strategies and monitors the effectiveness following the implementation of the plan
- Evaluates the performance of plans, processes, and programs at assigned organizational level, while assessing progress towards identified objectives
- Implements, monitors, and modifies procedures for the effective response to incidents and the continuance of critical business services, based on testing and exercises of plans or actual events
- Supports testing of business continuity plans to assess readiness, identify deficiencies, and promote enhancements
- Identifies, validates, and escalates gaps in business continuity readiness to senior management and second line partners
- Develop and execute on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, works across team to ensure adherence, serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance around reporting and upstream data sharing
- Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of data adherence issues.
- Execution of daily / monthly control routines supporting the completeness, accuracy, and delivery of data consumed by downstream stakeholders and reporting.
- Supporting high-priority efforts, including issue remediation, strategic initiatives, and process enhancements supporting data management activities
- Provide analytical, execution, and project management support for data management activities
- Maintaining effective reporting and communication routines to achieve understanding of oversight activities including design, development, and execution of communications
- Develop consistent, robust and branded materials to support awareness and adoption of the program
- Coordinating and supporting services program routines as appropriate
- Engaging with business partners and stakeholders to represent program
- Understanding regulatory and internal issues management protocols and processes
- Identifying emerging issues and proactively managing functional and internal timelines, as well as risks, issues, and dependencies
- Executing policy and standard adherence activities and oversight routines, including implementing Process controls, metric, and monitoring activities
- Support change readiness and adoption of key initiatives ensuring that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor / stakeholders
- Provide subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters, as needed

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
