Sales Assist Support Specialist

Location : Pittston, PA Hybrid (Two Days onsite)

A Sales Assist Support Specialist is responsible for assisting our Territory Representatives who are enrolled in the Sales Assist program by completing a variety of administrative tasks.

The scheduled shift for this position is 10 : 00am-6 : 30pm with the flexibility to cover the operating hours of 7 : 00am to 8 : 30pm as needed.

In order to be successful, a Sales Assist Support Specialist must possess the following :

• Strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.
• Proven ability to work with multiple departments and Territory Representatives.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Solid computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and on-time, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ongoing flexibility and commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our sales and business groups.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadline.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Your Pay : $18 / hr with the ability to get to $19 / hr in 6 months
