About The Position

If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care in LEBANON, OR this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities :

  • Assess and monitor patients' health status.
  • Develop care plans and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and assist with minor procedures.
  • Educate patients on care, prevention, and self-management.
  • Document patient interactions and treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in quality improvement and ensure patient safety.
  • Assist with scheduling and clinic tasks.

Qualifications :

  • OR Registered Nurse license
  • BLS / ACLS, and Ambulatory Care Nurse certification (optional)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience RN, preferably in ambulatory or outpatient settings
