Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position spans the full school year (NSY) and is ideal for professionals specializing in pediatric speech and language development within healthcare or school environments.

Key Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid CCC certification for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP CCC)
  • Experience or certification in healthcare settings (SLP Healthcare)
  • Pediatric speech and language therapy expertise (SLP Pediatrics)
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year for SLPs (SLP CFY)
  • Experience in school-based settings (SLP School, SLPA School)
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistant credentials for healthcare or school environments (SLPA Healthcare, SLPA School)

  • Primary Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress throughout the school year
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide professional recommendations
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations related to speech-language pathology services in schools
