Reports to : Personal Training Manager

Undefeated Tribe is an official Crunch Fitness franchise. The franchise focuses on fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery with a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

As a Personal Training Sales Consultant, you will drive our fitness programs by combining your passion for fitness with strong sales skills. You will assign a team of personal trainers to clients, set and achieve sales targets, and foster a positive, motivating environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Lead the CrunchONE Kickoff experience as part of the member journey.
• Match members with a dedicated trainer and Dotfit programs to help achieve goals and build new team-based objectives.
• Customer Service Concierge : Address customer questions, comments, or concerns. Assist clients with tasks like booking sessions and updating billing information.
• Team Builder : Foster a collaborative environment; engage and communicate the value of assigned trainers as subject matter experts; build trust within the team to ensure a smooth, results-driven experience.
