Your respectful interactions with staff, physicians, patients, and families will foster a compassionate care atmosphere.\n\nRequirements\n\nEDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.\n\nCERTIFICATION / LICENSES : Valid New Mexico RN license or Compact state license required. BLS Certification is necessary or must be obtained within 2 weeks after hire. All other necessary certifications must be acquired within 6 months of hiring. Nurses who enter with valid certifications are responsible for their renewal without a grace period.\n\nSKILLS : Possess current knowledge and skills relevant to the pediatric patient population. Show sensitivity to patient rights while delivering care. Communicate effectively and clearly in a manner that is appropriate for the developmental age of the patient.
