Seeking a reliable, mature individual to serve as the House Manager for a shared residence . This is not just a rental opportunity – we’re looking for someone who can oversee the daily operations of a household with five other adult tenants.

About the Role :

Private room included as part of compensation

Reduced or subsidized rent in exchange for responsibilities

Manage household logistics (cleaning schedule, basic maintenance, tenant communication)

Point of contact for landlord and other tenants

Ensure house rules and shared responsibilities are followed

Ideal Candidate :

Over 30 preferred (but not required)

Prior experience in house management, caregiving, hospitality, or similar role is a plus

Calm, communicative, and dependable

Clean, organized, and able to address issues diplomatically

Not looking for short-term or party-focused housing

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure and community living, and can bring a sense of order and support to a multi-tenant home.
