job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMeet with clients, architects, and hospital staff Work out of the office 3-4 days a week (opportunity to work from home one day a week) Manage documentation and client relationships Manage multiple projects Lead weekly OAC meetings Bachelors degree (construction management or similar) Healthcare experience, especially in occupied spaces 10+ years of construction experience Estimating and precontruction experience Experience working on projects over $50M, ideally over $100M Experience in a client facing position MEP background preferred Competitive base salary ($140,000 + dependent on prior experience) Strong project pipeline for the next five years Car allowance PTO 401k match, up to 3% Healthcare, Vision, Dental plans that kick off on the first day of employment Clear career path
