You'll work directly with the owner, collaborate with a supportive crew, and most importantly, help injured clients regain control of their lives. This is not your average law firm. Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution
• Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients
• Coordinate medical treatment, obtain and organize records and bills
• Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case strategy
• Negotiate reductions on medical balances and liens
• Track deadlines and manage documentation using case management software
• Provide recommendations to attorneys on efficient case resolutions
• Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and team members
