Subway Manager

As part of the Subway team, you will focus on eight main things :

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful
• Managing inventory and money control systems
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
• Recruiting staff
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
• Being a team player

Prerequisites

Education : High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Essential Functions : Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities.
