Key Responsibilities

Conducts customer meetings to demonstrate software features and functions

Manages system configuration tasks and routine implementations for small-market customers

Maintains accurate records in Salesforce and conducts product configuration sessions via Teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field

3+ years of relevant experience in project management and customer-centric roles

Strong knowledge of software and applications

Technical knowledge and experience

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license for job-related travel
