Financial Planning Associate

A company is looking for an Associate Business Partner in Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop detailed forecast models to support annual business planning and long-range planning

Provide insights and variance analysis on revenue performance to finance and business leadership

Collaborate with business operations on workforce planning and financial reporting

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

Experience in complex modeling, particularly with workforce models and variable expenses

Understanding of financial systems and processes with a focus on continuous improvement

Experience with Anaplan and knowledge of healthcare finance is a plus
