As a RFIC Design Researcher in High-Speed / mm-Wave ASICs & Systems Research at Nokia Bell Labs, you will be at the forefront of designing cutting-edge integrated circuits for next-generation communication systems, including 5G / 6G and optical communication applications. Qualifications
You have :
- PHD degree in Electrical Engineering or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ultra-high-speed analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design in nano-scale CMOS and SiGe BiCMOS technologies
- Expertise in design, modeling, and simulation of millimeter-wave wireless transceivers and / or PLLs
- Proficiency in high-speed circuit simulation using tools like Cadence Spectre and Agilent ADS
