Licensed Auto Insurance Agent

A company is looking for a Licensed Auto Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Handle approximately 40 inbound calls daily, providing professional and timely customer service

Assist with various customer needs including policy support, billing inquiries, and new business onboarding

Ensure compliance with regulations while navigating multiple systems to assist callers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED required

Active property & casualty insurance agent / producer license is required

At least one year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred

Knowledge of insurance industry fundamentals and policy administration

PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
