Our Colorado location specializes in creating advanced motion control solutions for NASA, defense, and commercial programs. Our work has played a critical role in thousands of projects, spanning from conceptual design studies to flight missions, including NASA's Artemis I Mission and the Roman Space Telescope. As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will lead the electrical engineering team in the development, design, test, and manufacturing of Honeybee Robotics' electronic Motion Control products.

As the team manager, you will be responsible for resource planning, technical oversight, process management, and talent management within the team. You will ensure coordination of the team amongst cross-functional stakeholders and ensure that the design team is balancing schedule, cost, and technical deliverables of their designs. You will participate in design reviews, create appropriate process documentation, and occasionally interface with customers. As a people leader, you will act as a role model for others within the department, contributing to our culture of inclusion and high standards.

Compensation Range for : CO applicants is $134,156.00-$187,817.70. Other site ranges may differ.
