Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Tactical Execution : Lead high-impact initiatives while managing detail-rich tasks, ensuring every action aligns with the CEOs overarching goals.
- Proactive Anticipation : Identify and resolve potential issues before they arise, ensuring smooth operations and allowing the CEO to focus on only what they can do.
- Dynamic Coordination & Filtering : Manage a complex calendar and communications flow with discretion, clarity, and precision.
- Executive Travel Orchestration : Oversee every tier of travel logisticsfrom ultra-premium arrangements (private jets, real-time itinerary updates, private staff coordination) to streamlined business-class travel and monthly recurrence trips.
- Event & Off-Site Leadership : Plan and coordinate high-level events, retreats, or personal gatheringseither solo or in partnership with event teams.
- Project Overflow Management : Take ownership of the CEOs overflow tasksdelivering both routine and strategic outcomes.
- Personal & Household Logistics : Seamlessly shift between executive-level responsibilities and personal supportwhether thats preparing a briefing, arranging a meal, or booking a flight.
- Operational Agility : Adapt effortlesslyexecuting both polished presentations and granular operational details as needs shift.
