Volt has a client that is immediately hiring for a Publishing Content Project Specialist  in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Publishing Content Project Specialist you will :

  • A Publishing Content Project Specialist is required to cover for an extended leave of absence to provide business continuity for publishing, for a period of up to 18 months.
  • The Publishing Content Project Specialist will manage the upload and metadata creation of content, and content lifecycle.
  • This role will publish to platforms which include Adobe Experience Manager, to support product and sales functions.
  • This position will generate content upload reports.
  • The role also includes managing quality assurance reviews of content submitted for web publishing, communicating with content submitters and content owners to alleviate quality issues, ensuring that content is labeled as regulatory compliant, and that password protection is utilized appropriately.
  • Managing daily reports of English and translated content is also required.
  • In addition, this position assists with acquisition rebranding and regulatory compliance projects and manages a SharePoint site.
  • The Ideal Candidate will have :

  • Bachelor or master Degree or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate, certification, and / or license may be required.
  • Typically, at least 1-2+ years relevant experience.

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

    Pay Range

  • : Between $ 25 - $29 per hour
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
