Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of quality management systems, and the ability to implement effective quality audits and inspections.

Duties

• Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a minimum amount of direction and supervision.
• Notified inspectors of job requirements and directs applicable training.
• Monitors inspections reports, statistical data, Effectives of performance, and initiates actions to maintain acceptable conformance levels.
• Develops inspection methods and procedures, control plans.
• Collects statistical Data.
• Implements all quality related procedures.
• Maintains inspections documents and related procedures (control Plans, pints etc.) calibrates gauges (if capable to do in-house), and supports the collection of statistical data.
• Collects quality related data, analyzes and summarizes, and presents it to the Director of Quality.
• Analyzes, prepares, and issues reports on statistical findings for customers, as required.
• Ensures that all quality Assurance documentation, instructions, and procedural requirements are met.
• Assists in the documentation required by ISO / TS 16949 : 2009, including control plans, and inspection procedures or instructions, as required.
• Executes the training of process inspectors, verifies the application of proper inspection methods, and adherence to quality procedures.
