Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Shepherdsville, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Hours : 5am-1 : 30pm, M-F

Responsibilities

  • Perform flux core welding on various materials, ensuring strong and durable welds.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal components according to project specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on welds and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance welding skills and techniques.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a flux core welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Familiarity with welding equipment and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

  • Troubleshooting Skills
  • OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
  • Welding Setups for Production
  • Blueprint Reading

  • MIG Welder
  • Flux-Cored Arc Welder

    • Salary info : $26 - $28 / hr
