We're on the lookout for a compassionate, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) ready to make a real difference. If you're passionate about chronic care, prevention, and improving patient outcomes—and excited about using tools like Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) —we'd love to talk to you. The ideal candidate enjoys seeing patients as a primary provider while being comfortable with seeing 13-16 patients a day on a 4 10s schedule.
