The Role

We're hiring a Performance Strategist to sit at the intersection of media, creative, and client strategy. You'll lead client relationships, translate performance data into insights, and turn those insights into test frameworks that drive creative production and campaign direction.

This is a strategic role. Your focus will be connecting the dots between what's happening in-platform and what it means for the brand. You'll design testing matrices, shape creative briefs, and help clients understand how to evolve their marketing based on what the data is telling us.

This is a hybrid role. You should live in or near Philadelphia and be able to work from our office in Wilmington, DE at least 3 days per week.

Starting at $70K, commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead client relationships — drive strategy, own communication, and manage performance conversations.
  • Partner with media buyers to extract learnings from active campaigns.
  • Build structured test matrices that guide creative and messaging experiments.
  • Identify patterns in performance data and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Present learnings and recommendations to clients clearly and confidently.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure new assets are informed by testing.
  • Spot opportunities and risks early — and make the call before things break.
  • Develop frameworks and systems that make testing smarter and more repeatable across accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years in performance marketing, strategy, or growth.
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn — you know how the platforms work and what moves performance.
  • Sharp communicator — you can translate data into storylines clients understand.
  • Confident presenting strategy and results directly to clients.
  • Organized and self-directed — you can juggle multiple accounts without dropping details.
  • Curious and analytical — you want to know not just what worked, but why.
  • Thinks in systems — able to connect dots across campaigns, creative, and results.
  • Bonus if you have

  • Experience working at a growth or marketing agency
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks or experimental design
  • Hands-on experience in analytics tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Excel, HubSpot)
  • Background in brand or performance strategy
