What We Offer :

Competitive compensation & top flat rate pay - Up to $59.25 per hour (based on experience & certifications.

$10K sign-on bonus – Paid over 5 months for highly qualified techs willing to relocate or commute to San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of dealership technician experience (Jaguar Land Rover preferred)

Certifications : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent experience preferred. Jaguar Land Rover factory certifications preferred but not required. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications is a strong plus.

Technical Expertise : Possess strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.

Diagnostic Proficiency : Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Repair Proficiency : Able to perform a range of repairs, from basic maintenance to complex overhauls.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
