Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager – Overview

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) of Davie, FL is hiring a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to lead multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers. This role is a frontline team captain focused on delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

Lead teams of 75+ employees across multiple retail automotive repair stores and vehicle service centers.
Supervise daily operations, translating executive and operational processes into tangible store-level responsibilities.
Recruit, train, and direct employees to maintain high-quality customer service and store performance.
Roll up sleeves and get to work to ensure the success of each vehicle service center.

Qualifications

3+ years of extraordinary management experience in a related automotive or service environment.

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

At least 3 references that verify a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic.
